Read, Fiscal Agent Peter Popovich, Engineer Donald <br /> Lund, Maintenance Supervisor Everett Beecher and Assistant <br /> Clerk Dorothy Zehm <br /> Approval of Minutes . <br /> The Minutes of the Regular Council Meeting of Nov. 9, 1970 and the <br /> Speclal Counel I Meeting of Nov. 10, 1970 were approved as presented. <br /> Supplemental Assessment Hearln~ - Sanitary Sewer 12-13 <br /> Mayor Crepeau opened the hearing at 8:05 p.m. (Minutes attached). <br /> The hearing was closed at 8:47 p.m. after It was determined that all <br /> adjustment requests received had been presented. <br /> : Burning Permit Request - Arthur Hage Construction Co. <br /> Mr. AI Kehr, representing Arthur Hage Construction Co., requested a <br /> permit to burn underbrush on the construction site of the proposed <br /> office building at the southeast corner of County Rd. F and Hemline <br /> Ave. The Council unanimously denied the Burning Permit Request; ad- <br /> vising that all debris must be hauled away; outdoor burning Is <br /> prohibIted in Arden Hilis. <br /> BUSnNESS FROM THE FLOOR <br /> Case No....70-30. Prel'mlnary Plat - Mr. Joe Bussard <br /> Consideration of the Preliminary Plat was referred to the Planning <br /> Commission for Its recommendations to the Council. <br /> Assessment Guidelines Request - Mr. Alex Chvestvlk <br /> Mr. Alex Chvestvlk, 2047 Thom Dr., requested guidelines for determination <br /> of property assessment. Mr. Chvestvlk was requested to see Clerk <br /> Administrator Stromquist or Engineer Lund for the requested Information <br /> which Is available at the Village Hall. <br /> . REPORT OF ATTORNEY VINCENT P. COURTNEY <br /> , <br /> Sanitary Sewer. Easements <br /> Attorney.Courtney reviewed his letter of Nov. 12, i970 and Informev <br /> the Council of the status of pending easements. <br /> Arden Hills - New Brighton Property Transfer . <br /> Attorney Courtney advl~ed the Council that New Brighton adopted a <br /> RESOLUTION TO DETACH CERTAIN LANDS FROM THE VILL~GE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> FOR PURPOSE OF ANN EXATI ON OF SUCH LANDS BY THE V ILlAGE OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> AND TO ANNEX CERTAIN LANDS TO THE VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON WHICH LANDS <br /> ARE.TO BE DETACHED FROM THE VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS, on Nov. 24,1970. <br /> (AttaChed) Attorney Courtney read a companion resolution, and It was <br /> moved by Councilman Henderson and seconded by Councilman Hollenhorst <br /> that a RESOLUTION TO DETACH CERTAIN LANDS FROM THE VILLAGE OF ARDEN <br /> HilLS FOR PURPOSE Of ANNEXATION OF SUCH LANDS BY THE VILLAGE OF NEW <br /> BRIGHTON AND TO ANNEX CERTAIN LANDS TO THE VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> WHICH LANDS ARE TO BE DETACHED FROM THE VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON, be <br /> adopted, 1. authorizing execution of the agreement by the <br /> Mayor and Clerk Administrator. motion carried unanimously. <br /> . . <br /> An agreement between New Brighton and Arden Hills, prepared by Attorney <br /> Courtney was read.
