Crepeau, J r.., Councilmen Stan O~men, E. <br /> Gray Henderson and Ronald Herrick <br /> Absent: Councilman John Hol ilenhorst <br /> Also Present: Clerk Administrator Lorraine Stromquist and Village <br /> Engineer Donald Lund <br /> Mayor Crepeau explained that the meeting was called for the purpose <br /> of considering a new hearing to adjust certain assessments levied <br /> on Sanitary Sewer 12 and 13. <br /> Sanitary Sewer Improvement 12 and 13 Adjustment Requests <br /> Engineer Lund reported on various requests for adjustments to assess- <br /> ments for San i tary Sewer No. 112 and J3p as levied by the Council on <br /> September 28, 1970, After discussing some It was determined by the <br /> Council that the requests should be considered a public hearing. <br /> Motion was made by Councilman Herrick, seconded by Councilman Olmen, <br /> that a supplemental assessment hearing be held, as per attached re- <br /> solution, on Monday, November 30, 1970 at 8:00 p.m. at the Village <br /> Ha! I. Motion carried unanimOUSly. <br /> WaTer Improvement 68-2 and 68-3 Assessments <br /> Engineer Lund reported on requests ~Ii'i'hin the above mentioned water <br /> Improvements for assessment adjustments. Each reouest was discussed <br /> at length by the Council and the matter wlD~ be considered on a formal <br /> basis at the SCheduled public hearing to be held Monday, November 9, <br /> !970 at 8:00 p.m. at the Village Hail. <br /> The meeting was adjourned at 12:40 p.m. <br /> The Counci I asked f"1rs.
