<br /> ~ 111 "" <br /> , <br /> ~~ <br /> . <br /> Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the Village Council <br /> Village of Arden Hills, County of Ramsey <br /> State of Minnesota <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of <br /> the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills4 Ramsey County, <br /> Minnesota, was duly held i.n the Village Hall in said Village on <br /> '!hursday, the 29th day of october, 1970, at 11:00 o'clock a. m. <br /> '!he fOllowing members were present: Mayor Crepeau and <br /> Councilmen Henderson, Olmen and Herrick, <br /> and the following were absent: Councilman Hbllenhorst. <br /> Councilman HArrirk introduced the following <br /> resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION RELATING TO A HEARING ON <br /> REASSESSMENT AND SUPPLEMENTAL ASSESS- <br /> MENTS FOR CONSOLIDATED SANITARY SEWER <br /> IMPROVEMENTS NOS. 12 and 13. <br /> WHEREAS, on August 10, 1970, the Village Council set a date <br /> for a hearing on the original assessments for Consolidated <br /> Sanitary Sewer Improvements Nos. 12 and 13, and in accordance with <br /> the Statute relating thereto duly called and held said hearing on <br /> the 28th day of September, 1970, and sUbsequent to said hearing <br /> said Village Council adopted a resolution dated September 28, 1970, <br /> adopting said assessment. <br /> . WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S. 429.071 the Village Council may make <br /> , supplementary assessments to correct omissions, errors or mistakes <br /> " in the original assessment and <br /> , <br /> WHEREAS, the Village Clerk Administrator of the Village of <br /> Arden Hills has a roll of the property owners in said Village <br /> affected, <br /> -~ <br />
