S. 429.071, in order to dispose of the <br /> matters above mentioned, a hearing shall be held on the 30th <br /> day of November, 1970, in the V111age Hall, at 8:00 o'clock <br /> p. m., to pass upon suCh proposed supplemental reassessment, <br /> and at such time and place all persons owning property affec- <br /> ted thereby will be given an opportunity to be heard with <br /> reference thereto. <br /> 2. ~e Village Clerk Administrator is hereby directed to <br /> cause notice of said reassessment and supplemental assessment <br /> hearing to be pUblished once in the official newspaper of said <br /> Village at least two weeks prior to the hearing, stating in <br /> said notice the pertinent statutory required data, and as <br /> otherwise provided by M. S. 429.071 relating to personal or <br /> mailed notice. <br /> ~e motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> was duly seconded by Councilman Olmen . and <br /> upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br /> thereof: a II present <br /> and the following voted against the same: none <br /> whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> . <br /> . <br />
