Minutes of Reguiar Council Meeting October 12, 1970 BUSINESS FROM THE FLOOR Mr. Vernon Smith, Assessment Adjustment Request Mr. Vernon Smith, t!75 Edgewater Ave., requested an assessm0nt adjustment, requesting that the front footage charge be fl~ured on the short side of his property rather than the long side. The request, as well as several other assessment adjustment requests received by Clerk Administrator Stromquist, were referred to Engineer Lund for re-evaiuatlon and his report to the Council on Oct. 26, 1970. COURTNEY Maintenance of Boulevard Trees Attorney Courtney referred the Counct'1 to Vi Ilage Ordinance 104, AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE PLANTING OF TREES IN BOULEVARD AREAS IN THE VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS, PROVIDING A PERMit PROCEDURE, ESTABLiSHING PLANTING, AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION. He stated that if additional reguiations or changes are recom- mended, this ordinance can be amended to Include them.
