<br /> . t <br />". <br /> EXtract of Minutes of Meeting of the Village Council <br /> Village of Arden Hills, county of Ramsey <br /> State of Minnesota <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> . <br /> of the Village COuncil of the village of Arden Hills, Ramsey <br /> < <br /> County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall in said <br /> village on Monday, the 12th day of October, 1970, at 8:00 o'clock <br /> p. m. <br /> The following members were present: Crepeau, Hollenhorst, Olmen, <br /> Henderson and Herrick <br /> and the following were absent: None <br /> Councilman Henderson introduced the following <br /> resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION RELATING TO A HEARING ON <br /> REASSESSMENT AND SUPPLEMENTAL ASSESS- <br /> MENTS FOR CONSOLIDATED WATER IMPROVE- <br /> MENTS NOS. 68-2 AND 68-3 <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution was passed by the Village council of <br /> the Village of Arden Hills on the 27 day of Julv , 1970, <br /> directing the preparation of proposed assessments of the cost of <br /> Consolidated Water Improvements Nos. 68-2 and 68-3, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Council was notified on Auaust 10 , 1970 <br /> that such proposed assessment had been completed and filed for <br /> public inspection, and <br />, WHEREAS, on A 110 II ~-t III 1970 the Village Council set a <br />~, , <br />, date for a hearing on the original assessment and in accordance <br />t with the Statute relating thereto duly called and held said hearing <br /> on the 28th day of September, 1970, and subsequent to said hearing <br /> said Village council adopted a resolution dated September 28, 1970 <br /> adopting said assessment. <br />
