<br /> . , <br />. <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S. 429.071 the Village Council may <br /> make supplementary assessments to correct omissions, errors or <br /> mistakes in the original assessment and <br /> WHEREAS, the Village Clerk Administrator of the Village of <br />. Arden Hills has a list of all of the property owners in said <br /> village affected and the village engineer reports that several <br />. parcels of property were inadvertently omitted and water services <br /> were omitted and formulas used were inadvertently applied and <br /> mistakes made, <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br /> VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br /> 1. Pursuant to M.S. 429.071 in order to dispose of the <br /> matters above mentioned, a hearing shall be held on the 9th <br /> day of I~ovembe r , 1970, in the Village Hall at 8:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> to pass upon such proposed supplemental reassessment and at such <br /> time and place all persons owning property affected thereby will <br /> be 9iven an opportunity to be heard with reference thereto. <br /> 2. The Village Clerk Administrator is hereby directed to <br /> cause notice of said reassessment and supplemental assessment <br /> hearing to be published once in the official newspaper of said <br /> village at least two weeks prior to the hearing, stating in said <br /> notice the pertinent statutory required data, and as otherwise <br /> provided by M." S. 429.071 relating to personal or mailed notice. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> duly seconded by Councilman Ho II enhorst , and upon vote <br /> being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> A I I present <br /> and the following voted against the same: Ijone <br />, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />, <br />
