Crepeau, Jr., Councilmen Stanley Olmen, <br /> John Hollenhorst, E. Gray Henderson and Ronald Herrick <br /> Absent: None <br /> Also Present: Clerk Administrator Lorraine Stromquist, Treasurer <br /> Worth G. Read, Fiscal Agent Peter Popovich, Eng I neers <br /> Norman Hendrickson and Donald Lund, Maintenance Super- <br /> visor Everett Beecher and AssIstant Clerk Dorothy Zehm <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> The Minutes of the Regular Council Meeting of September 14, 1970 <br /> were approved as amended. <br /> PUBLI C HEAR I NGS <br /> Mayor Crepeau Gpened the Public Hearing for Water Improvements <br /> 68-2 & 68-3, San. Sewer Improvements 12-13, 14 & 15, Red Fox and <br /> Grey Fox Road at 8:15 p.m., requesting Engineers Lund and Hendrickson <br /> to explain each Improvement, and Fiscal Agent Peter Popovich to <br /> explain the fiscal aspects of each Improvement. <br /> After each improvement presentation, Mayor Crepeau opened the <br /> hearing to comments and questions from the floor. (Minutes <br /> attached.) <br /> Mayor Crepeau closed the Public Hearings at 10:05 p.m., after It <br /> was determined there were no further questions or comments. <br /> It was moved by Councilman Hollenhorst that the assessment rolls <br /> for Water Improvements 68-2 & 68-3, San. Sewer Improvements 12-13, <br /> 14 and is, Red Fox Road and Grey Fox Road be approved, as pur <br /> attached resolution, as submItted; seconded by Councilman Olmen <br /> and carried unanimously. <br /> It was moved by Councilman .t1~rlOl, seconded by Councilman <br /> Olmen that property owners In all the Improvements, subject to <br /> the Sept. 28, 1970 hearings, be allowed to pay either 100$ or <br /> 50$ of their total assessment at the Village office until Oct. <br /> 28, 1970, without Interest, and If 50$ of the assessment Is paid <br /> the balance will be certified to the County to be collected <br /> In annual Installments for a 20 year period plus 7$ Interest <br /> for San. Sewer and Water Improvements and for a 10 year period <br /> plus 7$ Interest for Red Fox Road & Grey Fox Road Improvements; <br /> motion carried unanimously. <br /> BUSINESS FROM THE FLOOR <br /> None. <br /> REPORT OF VILLAGE ATTORNEY VINCENT P. COURTNEY <br /> Animal Control AQreement <br /> Tabled until next Counc II meeting. <br /> Model Ordinance Re Explosives <br /> Tabled until next Counc II meeting. <br /> REPORT OF ENGINEER DONALD LUND <br /> .
