<br /> l <br /> " <br /> . <br /> Extract of Minutes of Meeting of <br /> Village Council <br /> Village of Arden Hills <br /> Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> Held September 28, 1970 <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting <br /> of the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Minnesota, <br /> was duly held in the Village Hall in said village on ~bnday, the <br /> 28th day of September, 1970, at 8:00 o'clock p. m. <br /> The following members were present: Mayor crepeau and <br /> councilmen Bollenhorst, Olmen, Henderson and Herrick <br /> and the following was absent: None. <br /> Also in attendance were: Mrs. Lorraine Strouquist, Village <br /> Clerk Administrator, Don Lund and Norm Blndrickson of Banister <br /> Engineering company, and Peter S. Popovich of Peterson & Popovich. <br /> The Village Clerk Administrator presented an affidavit show- <br /> ing publication of notice of hearing on the proposed assessment <br /> for Consolidated water lmprovements Nos. 68-2 and 68-3 <br /> in the New Brighton Bulletin on September 10, 1970, which affidavit <br /> was examined, found satisfactory, and ordered placed on file. The <br /> Clerk Administrator also exhibited a Certificate of Mailing Notice <br /> of Hearing to all affected property owners. <br /> The Mayor announced that the meeting was open for the con- <br /> sideration of objections, if any, to said proposed assessment. <br /> All persons present were then given an opportunity to present <br /> . <br /> . <br /> , <br />
