The Committee shall establish rules of conduct, care <br />and responslbll ity for the operation of all vehicles, together <br />with a maintenance schedule Including appropriate forms for re- <br />porting to the Committee. The Committee shal I determine a <br />pol icy of gasol ine and oi I purchasing as wel I as vehicle mainten- <br />ance and shal I secure purchase and service contracts for this <br />purpose. <br /> <br />ANIMAL CONTROL. The Committee shall review the current animal <br />control contracts, as well as the VI I lage needs and recommend such <br />revisions as It deems in the best Interest of the Village and its <br />residents. The cost of animal control shal I be included in the <br />operating budget. <br /> <br />FIRE PROTECTION. The Committee shall review the current fire pro- <br />tection contract with the lake Johanna Fire Department, as well as <br />assisting In a long range plan to Insure continued and adequate <br />protection consistent with the development of property within the <br />Village, Including financial planning to provide for the orderly <br />and economical acquisition of such equipment as necessary to In- <br />sure the above. <br /> <br />EFFECTIVE DATE.
