Arden Association <br />The Arden Association was authorized by the Council to receive <br />Council and Planning CommisSion Minutes (sta~ped "not yet <br />approved...") and meeting agendas. <br /> <br />2. Northern States Power Company <br />After discussion, It was moved by Councilman Henderson and <br />seconded by Councilman Herrick that a $12.00 annual charge <br />be made for copies of either Planning Commission 01" Council <br />Minutes, except to those authorized by the Counci I to receive <br />them. Motion carried unanimously. (Northern States Power <br />Company to be notified of the Council action.> <br /> <br />Fiscal Consultant Proposal. Bond Refinancing <br /> <br />The Council asked that copies of a letter dated August 31, 1970 <br />from Peter S. Popovich, containing a proposal for refinancing <br />. Temporary Bond Issues Series I and 2 be distributed to all Council <br />and Finance Committee members. <br /> <br />. Sewer Charges - Letter from Senator Robert Ashbach <br />A letter from Senator Robert Ashbach was reviewed by the Council <br />and referred to Banister Engineering. <br /> <br />Mrs. Stromquist was requested to !nform Senator Ashbach that the <br />requeste~ Information will be forwarded as soon as Banister <br />Engineering can complete the necessary tests. <br /> <br />Claims <br />It was moved by Councilman Henderson that the claims be paid as <br />submitted (attached); seconded by Councilman Herrick and carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br />The meeting adjourned at 11:20 p.m. <br /> <br />. <br />. <br /> <br /> <br />Lorraine Stromquist <br />Clerk Administrator <br />
