<br />. <br /> <br />After a discussion of the views presented by persons appear- <br />ing at the pUblic hearing for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 15, <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Herrick <br /> <br />then introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUT1oN ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br />SANITARY SEWER il'lPROVEMENT NO. 15 UNDER AND <br />PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES. CHAPTER 429 <br /> <br />BE. IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Arden Hills. <br />Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Stat- <br />utes 1961, Chapter 429; as amended, the Council held a public hear- <br />ing pursuant to published notice on the proposed construction of <br />Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 15 consisting of approximately <br />950 feet of sanitary sewers and manholes and other appurtenances <br />and ene restoration of sodded areas, generally in the area adjacent <br />to county ROad'F from 400 feet east of the center of Section 28 <br />to approximate~y 600 feet west of the center of Section 28; as <br />described in the notice of hearing at a cost presently estimated <br />to be approximately $16,100, and substantially in accordance with <br />the preliminary engineer's report as to the feasibility thereof <br />which is now on file in the Office of the Village Clerk Administra- <br />tor; and having conSidered the views of all interested persons <br />and being fully advised in the premises, the Council does hereby <br />determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed <br />and financed, and special assessments shall be levied therefor, <br />pursuant to said Chapter 429, and that the area proposed to be <br />assessed therefor shall include the property as described in the <br />notice of hearing; and that Banister Engineering Company is hereby <br />directed to prepare and submit to the Council final plans and <br />.specifications for the construction of said improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman <br /> <br />Henderson <br /> <br />. and <br /> <br />upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolut~on was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />- 3 - <br />
