Gray Henderson; motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Councilman Ronald Herrick moved approva~ of payment of Estimate No. <br />4, McDonald and Associates in the amount of $103,817.74; Estimate <br />No.2, Lametti and Sons, Inc. in the amount of $21,244.50; Estimate <br />No.5, NorthdaieConstruc1-ion Company, in the amount of $89,437.50. <br /> <br />I"~ <br />,. <br />, <br /> <br />Payment of Estimate No.4, McDonald and Associates, is to be made <br />immediately; Northern Contracting Company, Lametti and Sons, inc. <br />and Northdale payments are to be made when HUD funds are received, <br />or no iater than August 20, 1970. Gray Henderson and carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Shoreview - Arden Hi ~Is Storm Sewer Meetina <br />The Council authorized Engineer Donald Lund to represent Arden Hills <br />at a meeting with Shoreview re methods of apportioning costs of <br />border line storm sewers serving Arden Hi lis, Shoreview and Ramsey <br />County. <br /> <br />Engl neer Dona I d Lund adv i sed the Counci I that the ana! ys i s requested <br />from Shoreview of the amount of storm water from Shoreview across <br />Lexington Avenue has not been received to date. <br /> <br />Assessment Hearln9s <br />It was moved by Counc! Iman Ronald Herrick that September 28, 1970 <br />be set for Assessment Hearings on Water improvements 68-2 and 68~3. <br />San i tsry Sewer Improvements ! 2, ! 3, 14 and 15, and improvements of <br />Gray Fox Road and Red Fox Road, as per attached resonutions; motion <br />was seconded by Councilman E. Gray Henderson and carried unanimously. <br /> <br />REPORT OF BUILDING INSPECTOR CLAY KELLEY <br />(absent) <br /> <br />The monthly report was distributed for Council review. <br /> <br />REPORT OF COUNCILMAN JOHN HOLLENHORST - Planning and Zoning <br /> <br />Case No. 70-22, Theodore Hamm Brewin9 Company - Special Use Permit <br />Counci ~man Hollenhorst advised the Counci I that the Planning Com- <br />mission has requested additional information before making its <br />recommendation to the Counci I on the Theodore Hamm Brewing Company <br />request for a Special Use Permit for a 30,000 gallon propane <br />storage tank. <br /> <br />Continental Can Corporation - Noise Complaint <br />Councilman John Hollenhorst advised that the manager of Continental <br />Can Corporation has determined the cause of the noise and will <br />rectify the matter. ..l-~~ <br /> <br />Case No. 70-29 W. R. Shaw Lumb Com an - S eclal Use Permit <br />CounCilman John Hollenhorst c ported that the Planning Commission <br />unanimously recommends a val of the Special Use Permit for <br />a sIx foot cyclone fence, as requested, at Shaw Lumber Company, <br />and moved that the Council concur with the Planning Commission's <br />recommendation. The motion was seconded by CouncilrnDn E.
