' <br /> <br />... <br /> <br />. <br />--. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of ~eting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br />duly held in the Village Hall, 1450 West Highway 96, in said <br /> <br />Village on Monday, the 27 <br />8:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />J u I y <br /> <br />. 1970, at <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau, Counci Imen <br /> <br />Hollenhorst, Henderson, Herrick, Olmen <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />o I men <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO COJifSOLlDATBD WATER <br />IMPROV'BMBN'lS NOS. 68-2 and 68-3 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED Am> <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED <br />ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Consolidated ~t.r <br />Dnprovements Nos. 68-2 and 68-3 of the Village of Arden Hills, <br />in the area described in the legal notice thereof and the reso- <br />lution thereto, and the contract price for such improvement is <br />$ 91 C 900 and the other expenses incurred or to be incurred <br />in the'making of said improvement amount to $ 169, 100 so <br />that the total cost of the improvement will be $ 1,081,000, <br />and of this cost the Village will pay $ 552,314 as its share <br />of the cost.
