The Clerk Administratort together with the assistance of <br />the Village Consulting Engineer and Fiscal Consultant, shall forth- <br />with calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such <br />improvement against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land <br />within the district affected, without regard to cash valuation, <br />as provided by law, and she sha~l file a copy of such proposed <br />assessment in her office for public inspection. The Clerk Ad- <br />ministrator may arrange for the assistance of the Machine Account- <br />ing Division of the County of Ramsey in the preparation of the <br />proposed assessment roll. <br /> <br />3.
