<br />~ I'll lit <br /> <br />.' <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />-i <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 29 <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />June <br /> <br />, 1970, at 8:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Crepeau, Olmen, Hollenhorst, <br />Henderson and Herrick <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />HA....ri r.k <br /> <br />introduced and moved the <br /> <br />adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS ON SANITARY <br />SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 14 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Village Council <br /> <br />on December 8, 1969, Banister Engineering Company has prepared plans <br /> <br />and specifications for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 14 and has <br /> <br />presented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br /> <br />ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are attached <br />hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br />
