The adver- <br />tisement for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 14 shall be published <br />as required by law. shall specify the work to be done. shall call <br />for bids upon the basis of a cash payment for such work. shall <br />state that the bids will be opened and considered by the <br />Villaae Council <br />at"II:30 o'clock-i..m. on Julv 24 .19..1.0, in the Village <br />Hall. that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with <br />the Clerk Administrator and accompanied by a cash deposit, certified <br />check or bid bond payable to the Clerk Administrator for ten per <br />cent (10%) of the amount of such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman <br /> <br />Olmen <br /> <br />aild. upon vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon. the following voted in favor: AI I present <br /> <br />and the following against: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />" <br />
