The natural vecetation ircludinc <br />wild strawberries and a hillside of sumac creates a vary- <br />inc environent that is presently enjoyed for hiking, <br />hideouts, etc. by the surrounding neighbors. The portion <br />of the property borderinc on County E is conducive to <br />development as a more level area for orcanized or higher <br />intensity uses.
