February 18 , 1975-Council Crichton reported that the Parks Committee has determined the size and shape of the park they desire for this area , and will present their recommendations to the Council at the meeting on Feb. 24th. Febrlar.y 24 , 1975-Council Mr. Saterbak presented a revision of the T.C .C.H. site plan, indicatino a possible re-location of the T.C .C:H. center and defining park areas. The park areas proposed consisted of approximately 7 . 50 acres (outlined in red ) , proposing : 1) tennis courts; 2) a winter sports area (utilizing an existing bill for sliding and a pond for skating ) ; 3 ) an active play area and softball diamond ; 4) walkinc and bicycle paths, picnic shelters and parking area-i; (entrances to parking area are proposed from tramline Ave . and from County Road E) . After discussion, Council referred the proposed park plan to the Parks and Recreation Committee for its recommendations to the Council . 1larch 4, 1975-Lark Rev. Larry Peterson, Sid Stolte , Jerome Saterbak and Joel Anderson presented their revised proposal dated February 24 , 1975 to the Committee . J. Saterbak described land area and usability. Included in this area were proposed tennis courts, softball diamond, park shelters, active winter sports area and etc. for a total of 4 . 64 acres of park dedication. A motion was made by m.
