( Council approved the hiring of Adams on September <br />13, 1971 ) . <br />1972 <br />February <br />Ingerson Park was discussed . The question was raised <br />as to whether there should be some parking provided or whether <br />it should be only used by the immediate neighborhood . <br />March <br />Dennis Adams presented a series of final plans for <br />Ingerson Park. He was advised to expand the parking facilities <br />within the plan . Forrest Bear moved that the Josephine Hills <br />Garden Club be given permission to go ahead with a community <br />planting program of Ingerson Park, based on Adam ' s horticultural <br />plan . Motion was seconded by Ramona Lindbom and carried . Dennis <br />Adams presented four drawings , including a site analysis of <br />Ingerson Park, and a preliminary drawing of constructions there . <br />The plan which leaves most of the terrain as it is , features an <br />area with several economical structures incorporating earth <br />mounds and short retaining walls done with poles . This recreation <br />area will use the existing trees , change of levels and the old <br />garage . There is also provided a turn- in for several cars , a <br />picnic area and a horticultural plan to embellish and buffer various <br />areas . The committee approved this preliminary plan , and a <br />member of the Parks and Recreation Committee will present it to <br />the Planning Commission on April 4 , 1972 . Given their approval , <br />the planners will have construction drawings , cost sheets and de-
