6- <br />tailed planting plans ready for the April Parks and Recreation <br />meeting . <br />April <br />Dennis Adams presented the final plans for Ingerson <br />Park with the suggested parking alterations . A planting date <br />has been set for May 20 , 1972 . <br />June <br />P. Lindquist reported that the Ingerson Park neighbor- <br />hood tree planting May 20 was very successful with more than <br />seventy families participating and 46 trees planted . <br />July <br />Chairman Beggin gave approval for a neighborhood cleanup <br />in Ingerson Park sometime in September . <br />October <br />Lindbom moved that a load of chips be placed in Ingerson <br />Park for winter mulch of the new trees . <br />City Council Minutes : June <br />Approved Adams ' plans <br />1973 <br />Parks and Recreation Committee Minutes : August <br />Anderson moved , seconded by Boss , that one of the <br />Committee ' s top priorities be obtaining western access to Ingerson <br />Park, motion defeated . <br />September <br />Ingerson Park site improvement was discussed . K. Boss <br />moved that the first earth berm be constructed on the site and <br />sodded with existing material and using Village equipment; seconded <br />by R. Cadwell , motion carried . Approximate cost $50 to $75 . <br />P. Lindquist reported that the new owner of the property
