10- <br />The County has approved a safety fence along Lexington <br />at Ingerson Park. <br />September <br />J . Buckley presented the cost analysis to the Committee <br />Council has already seen this breakdown ) on the construction of <br />a walking path access from Ingerson Road , along Lexington Avenue <br />to Ingerson Park. Council had requested this breakdown and would <br />now be interested in the Parks and Recreation Committee ' s reaction <br />to it. Discussion followed . <br />Motion made by K. Boss , seconded by M . Erickson , that <br />the Parks and Recreation Committee sees a pathway entrance along <br />Lexington Avenue as a high cost temporary access to lngerson Park <br />and continued efforts should be made to acquire another access . <br />Motion carried . <br />Motion made by P. Lindquist, seconded by C. Grudnoske , <br />that the Parks and Recreation Committee recommends area residents <br />should be consulted in regards to this access and the safety <br />factors involved . The Parks and Recreation Committee will set up <br />an open neighborhood meeting to discuss park access alternatives . <br />Motion carried . <br />P. Lindquist will head this meeting in the neighborhood <br />and all sides of the matter will be openly presented and discussed . <br />November <br />The hard surface area for Ingerson Park is completed . <br />City Council Minutes : June <br />The need for access to lngerson Park was brought back <br />to the Council . A fenced walkway was suggested . It was noted <br />that more property is involved than needed in the Moss purchase .
