II - <br />Moss would like first option to purchase the land if the Village <br />411 sold it. Feyereisen moved that the Council authorize Attorney <br />Lynden to draw up the necessary papers for purchase for $5 , 000 as <br />per sketch with restriction that owner to north be given first <br />option to purchase the land if sold by the Village . There was <br />no second . Crichton moved , seconded by Feyereisen , that Council <br />ask the Attorney to arrange for drawing up papers and description <br />of lot Village is to purchase . Motion did not carry . <br />July <br />R. Anderson reported the need for access to Council . <br />Mrs . Stedman says they do not wish to sell any of their land for <br />access . Vogstad ' s also do not wish to sell . Other possibilities <br />were discussed : protected walkway along Lexington ; Wingert <br />moved that the Council reconsider access - not seconded . Mr . Moss <br />said the property is now used for access ; he will call com- <br />plaint each time it is used if he is not paid for this access . <br />Crepeau assured him that the access route will be stopped . <br />1
