Grading plan <br />It was estimated that 14 acres would be the area needed <br />for 2 baseball diamonds . <br />February <br />Herbert McIntosh made a motion , seconded by Jacqueline <br />Spratt , to hire Mark Hurd to take aerial photographs of the Perry <br />Park site as soon as the snow is gone . Mr. Herrick will report <br />back to this Committee concerning arrangements ; motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />March <br />It was reported that Bannister Engineering will be doing <br />a topographical map of Perry Park very soon . <br />It was reported that Jackie Spratt had contacted a <br />contractor in regard to landfill that might be available for <br />Charles Perry Park. It was decided that the kind of fill was un- <br />desirable so should not be used . <br />Mr. Herrick reported that Banister Engineering Company <br />will begin surveying Perry property when the snow cover is gone . <br />May <br />It was reported that Schuty Construction Company has <br />contracted to provide 10, 000 yards of landfill for the Perry Park <br />ball diamond . Schuty has posted the $5 ,000. 00 bond on himself <br />which is required by Village ordinance . He will keep the area <br />411 fenced to prevent unauthorized dumping . There will be a machine
