Schutz took 2 , 117 yards of <br />411 sand from the upper level , in exchange for this he will grade <br />all the ballfield areas continuously for the next 22 days . This <br />means getting a final grading plan from Peter Jacobson with ex- <br />act positions indicated . Mr. Schutz is also working on a proposal <br />for finishing the park with one large field and two soft ball <br />fields . Glenn Beggin expressed concern regarding drainage on <br />clay base field and suggested there be several inches of sand <br />under the black dirt . <br />October <br />Chairman Bjorndahl reported on the development problems <br />at Perry Parlf. Mr. Dick Schutz has increased the amount of fill <br />but has not been able to fill the duck pond to date . His cat has <br />not bee on the scene for several weeks in spite of his promise to <br />keep the rough fill material pushed over the edge . The area is <br />unsightly. There was still no estimate from him for completion <br />of the ball field . <br />Ken Boss moved that the Parks and Recreation Committee <br />recommend the Council investigate the possibility of taking <br />action to revoke the performance bond held by Dick Schutz . The <br />motion was seconded by Ruth Cadwell and passed . <br />The final grading plan from Peter Jacobson is still <br />not ready . In light of Glenn Beggin ' s background the Committee <br />recommended that he call Mr. Jacobson to discuss the details of <br />those plans. <br />November <br />The Chairman reported on the progress of Perry Park . <br />By the time he attended the October 26th Council meeting , Schutz <br />Contracting has spent 2 days pushina the rough fill into the
