Clerk AdminLstrator was asked to <br />write to the Arden Hills Jaycees to see if they will consider <br />the fencing as their volunteer project to the Village . <br />June <br />Councilman Herrick reported that a sod- laying project <br />for Charles Perry Park is scheduled for Saturday , June 17 , at <br />9 : 00 a .m. He asked for volunteers and asked the reporters present <br />to publicize the request . Various Village organizations will be <br />contacted asking for help on the project . <br />June <br />Councilman Herrick expressed thanks to the 39 volunteers <br />who helped lay sod at Charles Perry Park on Saturdays , June 17 <br />and 24- They laid 16 ,000 yards of sod . The Balance of the <br />project is to be completed Wednesday , June 28 . Mr . Herrick also <br />thanked the New Brighton Bulletin for the publicity of the project . <br />October <br />Engineer Christoffersen reported that the Charles <br />Perry Park project has now been completed by the J . Belair Co . <br />except for some patching work on the bituminous surface and an <br />adjustment to lights . The company agreed to readjust the lights <br />and to patch the bituminous surfacing next spring . Motion was
