Grudnoske , seconded by G. Beggin , <br />that Parks and Recreation recommend getting price ouotations <br />for the planned hard surface areas for Valentine , Ingerson and <br />Freeway Parks . Motion carried . <br />November <br />Park progress : Hard surface area for Valentine and <br />Ingerson has been completed , making areas ready for basketball <br />and volleyball in the Spring . <br />1975 <br />February <br />County Road F Lot Split : Motion made by P. Lindquist <br />and seconded by G. Beggin that because this lot has been used <br />as an access to Valentine Park a provision must be made for a <br />safe entrance to Valentine Park.
