CUMMINGS . <br />Motion carried unanimously . <br />Letter re Highway Easement <br />Feyereisen referred Council to letter from K . K. McRae , <br />Minnesota Highway Department ( 4/21 /75 ) . After discussion , <br />Crichton agreed to call Mr. McRae re previous meeting concerning <br />easement . <br />1975 <br />Parks and Recreation Committee Minutes : February <br />Council approved an offer to purchase about 14 . 67 acres <br />of Mrs . Cumming ' s property for park purposes in Karth Lake area . <br />March <br />A motion was made by R. Anderson , seconded by G . Beggin , <br />that the Park and Recreation Committee recommend that the Council <br />consider naming the Cumming ' s property Cummings Park. <br />Crichton reported that requirements for park land have <br />been met for Karth Lake area .
