3- <br />After review of the Purchase Acreement , Crichton moved , <br />411 seconded by Feyereisen , that the Council approve the Purchase <br />Agreement as amended , changing paragraphs 3 and 4 to include <br />1974 taxes ( payable in 1975 ) in the purchase price of $48 , 720 . <br />Motion carried unanimously . <br />Feyereisen moved , seconded by Wingert , that Council <br />authorize the Clerk Administrator to sign check no. 07263 , in <br />the amount of $ 1 ,520. 30 , and grant Attorney Lynden permission to <br />type in name of payee . Motion carried unanimously . <br />March <br />Contract for Deed - Cummings Property. Lynden referred <br />Council to his letter of 3/27/75 , re Accuisition of Marion R. <br />Cummings ' Property and recommended Council approval of Contract <br />for Deed. <br />Crichton moved , seconded by Wingert , that Council approve <br />the Contract for Deed , authorizing its execution by the Mayor <br />and Clerk Administrator on behalf of the City of Arden Hills . <br />Motion carried unanimously . <br />Feyereisen moved , seconded by Crichton , that Council <br />authorize checks in the amount of $9 , 979 . 64 , in payment of balance <br />of down payment , and $8 , 151 . 61 , in payment of delinquent taxes <br />due ( $6 , 149 . 25 ) and real estate taxes due in 1975 ( $2 ,002 . 36 ) . <br />Motion carried unanimously . <br />Crichton reported that the Parks and Recreation Committee <br />recommends that the park property near Karth Lake be named <br />Cummings Park , and moved that Council concur with this recommenda- <br />w
