2- <br />The motion to recommend to the Council acceptance of <br />4IPthe lot from Sampson ' s , abiding by their terms , was passed . <br />November <br />Councilman Herrick reported that the Vi I lace has now <br />received title to 3 pieces of tax forfeited land , 2 of which are <br />adjacent to the Sampson property on Lake Lane . There was dis- <br />cussion of asking the Village to shorten the street which dead- <br />ends within what is now all Village property . <br />1971 <br />June <br />Mr . Sampson ' s disappointment at the condition of the <br />property which he pave to the Village . <br />R. Lindbom moved that the swing and jungle gym which <br />were purchased and have been in storage be set up in Sampson Park <br />11/ in addition to one of the picnic tables now in ingerson Park . <br />F. Bear seconded the motion . Passed . <br />R. Lindbom moved that the Committee ask the Council to <br />buy one additional piece of equipment for the Sampson Park Play- <br />ground : A "Giant Stride" by American Playground Device Company , <br />P. 0. Drawer 2599 . R. Cadwell seconded the motion . Passed . <br />September <br />The Clerk Administrator ' s office had received a com- <br />plaint by phone from an elderly resident whose home is adjacent <br />to Sampson Park . <br />1972 <br />July <br />110 <br />Mr. Johnson will also proceed with the installation of <br />the memorial plaque at Sampson Park .
