Rein - C . Crichton stated the Council approved <br />amended Special Use Permit, which included dedication of 4 .375 <br />acres of New Brighton Road in Johanna West neighborhood and a <br />dedication of 5 .946 additional for a total of 10 . 3 acres , with <br />option to buy additional acreage to bring park area up to a maxi - <br />mum of 12 acres . <br />Clarification of C . G. Rein Discussion - C . Crichton <br />stated that the Council has approved an arrangement with the <br />C . G . Rein Co . concerning land off of New Brighton Road in the <br />Johanna West area which calls for : <br />a ) A transfer to the Village of 4 . 375 acres in full satis- <br />faction of the dedication requirements for the development at <br />Lexington and County Road E . <br />b ) A transfer to the Village of 5 .946 acres in full satis- <br />faction of future dedication requirements for development of <br />Rein 's remaining Johanna West tract . <br />c) A sale to the Village of up to 1 .679 acres at $8, 000 <br />per acre at the option of the Village . <br />If C . G. Rein agrees , the Village will have acquired a <br />park in this area of from 10 . 321 to 12 acres . Although the Park <br />Plan calls for only 10 acres , some additional may be appropriate <br />to have appropriate boundaries . <br />A.
