Gray Henderson and carried unanimously. (Engineer Don Lund was told to proceed with advertisement for bids.) Used Sluad Car Councl man Stanley Olmen advised the Council that the Public Works Committee recommends that one or possibly two trucks be re-placed with either the used squad car or a pick-up truck. The Council determined that the used squad car be transferred to the Public Works Department on a temporary basis; sale of any equipment to be deferred until further discussion and re-evaluation Is completed. Employment of Temporary Public Works Employee Councilman Stanley Olmen moved that the Council approve the employment of Arthur Erickson as a temporary Public Works employee at the rate of $2.50 per hour; seconded by Councilman Ronald Herrick; motion carried unanimously. REPORT OF MAYOR HENRY J. CREPEAU, JR. - General Government and Public Safety Mayor Crepeau requested Clerk Administrator Lorraine Stromquist to provide copies of invitations to four events to Councilmen. and to make the necessary reservations for those who express a desire to attend. REPORT OF CLERK ADMINISTRATOR LORRAINE STROMQUIST Attorney Courtney Claim Clerk Administrator Lorraine Stromquist presented a letter and claim from Attorney Vincent Courtney for Council approval of payment of attorney fees. It was moved by Councilman Ronald Herrick that the claim be paid. seconded by Councilman Stanley Olmen; motion carried unanimously. Discussion of the disposition of revenue from Highway Patrol fines followed. and It was determined by the Council to request the R.C.L.N. to Initiate legislation to Include municipalities, as well as Counties and State In receipt of a proportionate share of this revenue. ReQuest for Deadline for Presentation of Reports and Ordinance Drafts The Council requested Clerk Administrator Lorraine Stromquist to request Attorney Courtney and Engineer Lund to submit reports, ordinance drafts etc. to the Village office for distribution to the Councl I members at least by the Friday preceding a Councl I meeting.
