<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />ROSEVILLE AND ARDEN HILLS RE SEWER CONNECTIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Roseville and Arden Hil Is have previously entered <br /> <br />Into various agreements by concurring ordinances pretainlng <br />to the Interconnection of sanitary sewers, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears in the best interest of Arden Hills to <br /> <br />enter into a proposed Agreement with Roseville which would <br /> <br />establish a new basis for the interconnection of such sanitary <br /> <br />sewers and the charges to be made therefor, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said proposed Agreement has been submitted to the <br /> <br />Council with the approval of the Vi Ilage Attorney and with the <br /> <br />approval of the Vii lage Engineer and has been thoroughly re- <br />viewed by a committee established by the Council for such <br /> <br />purpose, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, said Agreement Between Rosevil Ie And Arden Hi lis, <br /> <br />a cORY of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is <br />in all things approved and confirmed. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the Mayor and Clerk-Administrator of <br /> <br />Arden Hills are hereby directed and authorized to execute said <br /> <br />Agreement on behalf of the Village of Arden Hi lis. <br /> <br />Passed by the Councl I of Arden Hi lis this 9 day of March, <br /> <br />1970. <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br /> <br />s <br /> <br /> <br />orralne <br /> <br />Clerk-Administrator <br /> <br />~.. <br />__..c:...... <br /> <br />~ <br />\ <br />
