Mr. Chatfield explained that It Is not <br />feasible to interrupt the present temporary water system until <br />school closes In June. <br /> <br />Lake Johanna Volunteer Fire Department - Sewer Charqe <br />COunci Iman Hollenhorst requested Mrs. Honan to obtain the present <br />sewer charge and the water consumption figure for the Lake Johanna <br />Volunteer Fire Department, figures to be used as an aid for <br />determining a fair 1970 sewer charge. The Arden Hi lis storage <br />building is using water from the joint well whIch 15 registering <br />on the fire department's water meter. <br /> <br />Release of Check NO. 6041 <br />Councilman Herrick moved, seconded by Counci Uman Henderson, that <br />check No. 6041, Ii s ted on the Feb rua'-, d! sbu rsement sheet, be <br />released. since the Village ordered the work and is therefore <br />liable; motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Assessm~t Study Committee <br />Meyor Crepeau appointed Counc1 'mon Henderson and Holtenhorst. <br />Treasurer Worth G. Read and Hans Prechtl, Arden HI lis Assessor, <br />to a committee to study assessments against commerclai property <br />in Arden Hills and to report any discrepancies to Mr. Ernest <br />Welhaven, Ramsey County Assessor, by April I, 1970. Councilman <br />Hollenhors1 wili c~alr the committee.
