STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS RESOLUTION RE CONDEMNATION OF ALL THAT PART OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (N.E. 1/4) OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (S.W.l/4) OF SECTION SIXTEEN (Sec. 16), TOWNSHIP THIRTY (T. 30), RANGE TWENTY-THREE (R. 23), LYING SOUTHWESTERLY (S. W. 'ly) OF TRUNK HIGHWAY No. 10, IN RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA, DESCRIBED HEREIN- BELOW, FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING, MAINTAINING AND OPERATING A SANITARY SEWER. WHEREAS, it is necessary, advisable, and in the public interest that the Village of Arden Hills construct, maintain and operate a sanitary sewer for the purpose of sanitation, and WHEREAS, in order to accomplish such purpose, it is necessary to acquire the following described land, to-wit: A 30 foot perpetual easement for the purpose of construction, operation, and maintenance of a sanitary sewer over and across the following described parcel of land: ~ All that part of the NE 1/4 of SW 1/4 of Sec. 16, T. 30, R. 23, lying SW'ly of Trunk Highway No. 10, except that part described as follows: Beginning at the South 1/4 corner of Sec. 16, T. 30, R. 23, and measuring North along the centerline of said Section 16, a distance of 492.9 feet to the centerline of U.S. Highway No. 10, thence NW'ly along the centerline of said U.S. Highway No. 10, North 380 22' West a distance of 1447.40 feet to a point, thence left at right angles a distance of 50 feet to the right of way line and point of beginning of the tract to be described, thence continuing on this line a distance of 200 feet, thence to the right at right angles a distance of 238.11 feet, thence to the right at right angles a distance of 200 feet, thence to the right at right angles a distance of 238.11 feet along right of way line to the point of beginning, except the NE'ly 25 feet taken for said Highway.
