The centerline of said 30 foot being described as follows: Commencing at the S 1/4 corner of Sec. 16, T. 30, R. 23, and measuring North along the centerline of said Sec. 16, a distance of 492.9 feet to the centerline of U.S. Highway No. 10, thence NW'ly along the centerline of said U.S. Highway No. 10, N. 380 22' W a distance of 1662.61 feet to a point, thence left 90 degrees a distance of 250 feet to the point of beginning, thence continuing on this line a distance of approximately 120 feet to the West line of said NE 1/4 of SW 1/4 of Sec. 16 and there terminating; and A further 30 foot temporary construction easement Southeasterly of the af9redescribed perpetual easement and adjoining ~t. WHEREAS, the Council has been unable to purchase said land from the owners, Edward and Rose Waldoch, at a price deemed by the Council to be favorable, and WHEREAS, the Village is advised and believes that the most feasible location for such sanitary sewer is on the land above described, and WHEREAS, by reason of the inability to purchase said land, it has become necessary to procure said land by right of eminent domain, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village of Arden Hills proceed to procure title to said land under its right of eminent domain and that the Village Attorney be instructed and directed to file the necessary complaint therefor and to prosecute such action to a successful conclusion or until it is abandoned, dismissed, or terminated by the Village or by the Court; that the Village Attorney, the Mayor and the Clerk do all things necessary to be done in the commencement, prosecution and successful termination of such action. 1970.
