There are other factors which <br /> <br />affect the cost of the sewer in this area, including the possibility of piling being <br /> <br />required. A soil testing company is making soil borings at the present time to deter- <br /> <br />mine the extent of piling necessary in this area, Until the results of those soil <br /> <br />borings are known, we can only estimate the need for piling supports and we do not <br /> <br />anticipate the need for them along the revised route. <br /> <br />We recommend that the Council give consideration to revising the sewer routes as pro- <br /> <br />posed herein.
