CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />CONTRACT FOR THE COLLECTION OF RESIDENTIAL <br />RECYCLABLE MATERIALS <br />This Contract, is made and entered into this day of May, 2025, by and between the City of Arden <br />Hills, a Municipal Corporation under the laws of the State of Minnesota (hereinafter called the "City") <br />and [Contractor] under the laws of the State of Minnesota, having its principal place of business at <br />[CONTRACTOR ADDRESS] (hereinafter called the "Contractor"). <br />WITNESSETH <br />WHEREAS, the City requires the collection and proper management of recyclables within the <br />corporation limits of the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the Contractor is engaged in the business of collecting, processing, and marketing <br />recyclables; and <br />WHEREAS, the City released a request for proposals (RFP) for recyclables collection, <br />processing, and marketing services on September 11, 2024; and <br />WHEREAS, the Contractor submitted a proposal in response to the City's RFP on <br />October 25, 2024; and <br />WHEREAS, the City desires to hire the services of the Contractor [NAME] and the Contractor <br />[NAME] desires to provide the services to the City; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED BY AND BETWEEN BOTH PARTIES: <br />That the Recycling Contact for Residential Recycling Services with [NAME] (Contractor) <br />outlines the requested services by the City and costs for these said services for eligible Residential <br />Dwelling Units (RDU) and Multi -Dwelling Units (MDU). <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MN <br />CONTRACT FOR THE COLLECTION OF RESIDENTIAL RECYCLABLE MATERIALS Page 1 <br />
