<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ARDEN HILLS REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br />JANUARY 26,2004 <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden requested the following changes: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Rem requested the following changes: Requested under page 3, item j, under <br />the Consent Calendar to note that the City was withdrawing their membership from the I-35W <br />Corndor Coalition. Also under item k, under the Consent agenda, to note that the 2004 Score <br />Grant Agreement was approved. Page 4, item B, second paragraph should read: "Mr. Parrish <br />stated the applicant had expressed concern that a sign not be put up in the future.. .". Page 7, <br />under Councilmember Holden's comments, change County Road E2 to County Road E. <br /> <br />Mayor Aplikowski requested the following changes: None. <br /> <br />Ms. Wolfe requested the following changes: None. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Grant seconded a <br />motion to approve the January 12,2004 City Council Meeting Minutes as <br />amended. The motion carned unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />3, CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />Claims and Payroll <br /> <br />b. Resolution No. 04-20: Authorizing Preparation of Plans and Specifications for County <br />Road E Pedestrian Improvements <br /> <br />c. Resolution No. 04-21: Adopting a Vision Statement and Goals for Reuse of the Arsenal <br /> <br />d. Approval of Nelson Easement Document <br /> <br />MOTION; Councilmember Larson moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a <br />motion to approve the Consent Calendar and to authorize execution of all <br />necessary documents contained therein. The motion carried unanimously <br />(5-0). <br /> <br />4. PUBLIC INQUIRIES/INFORMATIONAL <br /> <br />A. Representative Char Samuelson <br /> <br />Representative Samuelson updated Council on what she wanted to accomplish during the <br />upcoming Legislative session, including ways to reduce the cost of health care, such as best <br />practices, and transportation. <br />
