CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Aplikowski called the meeting to order at 4:50 p.m. Present: <br /> Councilmembers David Grant, Brenda Holden, Gregg Larson, and Lois <br /> Rem. <br /> Staff present: Interim City Administrator/Community Services Director, <br /> Aaron Parrish; Operations & Maintenance Director, Thomas J. Moore; <br /> Deputy Clerk/Human Resources Director, Cynthia Young; Planner, Peter <br />. Hellegers and Engineer Greg Brown. <br /> 2.A Planning Case No. 03-03: <br /> Comprehensive Plan Amendment and <br /> Rezoning of CRE2 and Cleveland Avenue <br /> Mr. Hellegers explained that at its June 4, 2003 meeting, the Planning <br /> Commission recommended approval of a Comprehensive Plan Amendment, <br /> Rezoning and a combination of a Comprehensive Plan Amendment for certain <br /> properties located south of County Road E-2, west of New Brighton Road and east <br /> of Cleveland A venue. He noted the reasons the City was addressing the issue was <br /> due to inconsistencies between the Zoning Map and the Comprehensive Plan <br /> (Future Land Use Map). <br /> Mayor Aplikowski and Councilmember Grant asked Staff to verify if the drainage <br /> area was owned by Ramsey County or if it was an easement over Arden Hills <br /> residential property. <br /> 3.A Cumming Park Drive Water Line <br />. Mr. Moore explained that the City had an opportunity to proceed with a non- <br /> budgeted project to re-route the water line that serves the Karth Lake East residents <br />
