<br /> ARDEN HILLS REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br /> OCTOBER 27, 2003 7 <br />. <br /> Mr. Filla suggested adding acreage amounts to the definitions. He also suggested <br /> they find a name for the remainder of the property that did not include TCAAP. <br /> Mr. Parrish stated staff would reword and revise the definitions and bring this <br /> back to Council for consideration. <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember Rem seconded a <br /> motion to table the Vision and Goals for the Twin Cities Army <br /> Ammunitions Property (TCAAP). The motion carried unanimously <br /> (5-0). <br /> 7. FINANCE <br /> None. <br /> 8. OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE <br />. A. Resolution No. 03-64: Orderine: Preparation of Feasibilitv Report for <br /> 2004 PMP, Ede:ewater Neie:hborhood <br /> Mr. Brown stated this Resolution proposed to improve the streets in the <br /> Edgewater neighborhood, and to assess the benefited property for a portion of the <br /> cost of the improvement. <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Larson seconded <br /> a motion to approve Resolution No. 03-64: Ordering Preparation of <br /> Feasibility Report for 2004 PMP, Edgewater Neighborhood. The <br /> motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> B. Vehicle Replacement: 1995 Ford F250 <br /> Mr. Moore stated on August 28,2003 Operations and Maintenance vehicle #109 <br /> was involved in an accident. No injuries were involved and an accident report was <br /> filed by the Ramsey County Sheriff's Department. He indicated the League of <br />. Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust (LMCIT) was also contacted and all of the <br /> necessary reports were filed. He noted the vehicle received extensive damage and <br /> was not drivable. He indicated the proposed replacement vehicle would be a 2004 <br />
