He added that when the City <br />recanstructed Oak Avenue, the neighbarhaad had strangly appased the City's ariginal propasaL <br />These aptians had been warked aut and a campromise had been reached that same af the <br />residents mast likely did nat agree with, He indicated that the pasitian 0.1' the Cauncil at that <br />time had been if the City was nat gaing to. recanstruct the street, then nathing wauld be dane <br />because the City did nat believe it wauld be a wise investment 0.1' tax payer's maney, <br />
