Claims and Payroll <br /> B. Ordinance #320, Summary Antenna Ordinance <br /> C. Res. #00-37, Resolution Authorizing a Tax Rate Increase for the 2000 Tax Levy, <br /> Collectible in 2001 <br /> D. Mounds View Public Schools, Water Easement Request <br /> E. Res. #00-38, Resolution Appointing Data Practices Compliance Official <br /> F. 2001 AMM and LMC Legislative Policies and Priorities <br /> . G. Regular Employee Status, Planner Jennifer Chaput <br /> Councilmember Rem stated, with regard to Item F, 2001 Association of Metropolitan <br /> Municipalities, that the inclusion of sales Metropolitan Council authority as a priority item was <br /> not in the Council's worksession minutes, Mayor Probst suggested that Item F be removed from <br /> the Consent Calendar and addressed as a separate item on the agenda, <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember Aplikowski seconded a motion <br /> to approve the Consent Calendar and authorize execution of all necessary <br /> documents contained therein, with the exception of Item F, and the placement of <br /> Item F on the main agenda. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> Mayor Probst invited those present to come forward and address the Council on any items not <br /> already on the agenda, <br /> Elizabeth Garski, 1795 Lake Valentine Road, stated she appeared before the Council in April <br /> 2000 with regard to lights in the Mounds View High School parking lot. She added that a <br /> Special Use Permit was approved for the school, at which time the Council had suggested that <br /> the lights be consistently turned off at 10:00 p,m. She noted that nothing has changed, and often <br /> . the lights stay on until 1 :30 a.m. She suggested that maintenance staff at the school might need <br /> instructions with regard to the operation of the lighting timer mechanism. <br />
