ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL — JANUARY 13, 2025 24 <br />Councilmember Weber explained he was looking at the Twin Cities Gateway site and he <br />recommended the Northern Lights Bingo Hall be removed. <br />Councilmember Holden questioned how the City was doing on the lead water connectors. <br />Public Works Director/City Engineer Swearingen stated he did not have an updated number <br />for the City Council. He estimated the City had identified 500 connections, not on the City side. <br />Councilmember Holden requested further information on the LED light kits. <br />Interim City Administrator Jagoe estimated the City had given away less than 10 kits to date. <br />Councilmember Monson commented the City was working to find connections in order to <br />communicate with Arden Manor regarding the LED light kits. <br />Mayor Grant stated the city of Ramsey joined the Gateway Visitor Bureau. He indicated the City <br />of Arden Hills was seeing increased heads in beds, which meant revenues were up. <br />Councilmember Holden explained she attended the ribbon cutting for Chiroway with <br />Councilmember Rousseau. <br />ADJOURN <br />MOTION: Councilmember Monson moved and Mayor Grant seconded a motion to <br />adiourn.
