Sign Ordinance Amendment. <br /> <br />2. Reaction to certain State legislation which might <br />indicate desirable changes. <br /> <br />3. Public safety regulations on crimes. <br /> <br />4. Liquor Ordinance - age requirements. <br /> <br />Hiphway 51 - Semal2hore atlY.lli Avenue <br /> <br />Crichton ncted that the Minnesota Highway Department and the Village <br />of Rosevllle hav. agreed to install traffic lights at Highway 5! <br />and Lydia Avenue and recommended and moved that the Village of Arden <br />Hil!s share In Rosevllie's costs of thase_Jights, offering. to pay <br />13.1% of Roseville's cost of $30,000.00 T~~~. <br /> <br />Hollennorst suggested that a letter be sent informing Rosevllle of <br />Arden HII [5' Intent to participate, and proposal to !lay a percentage <br />of Rosevil!e's cost for the traffic lIght installation based on <br />relative population. Clerk Administrator was requested to advise <br />Roseville of Arden Hills' Intent. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.~~qaard letter Reqardin~ghwav 21 <br /> <br />Mayor Crepeau requested CouncIl's reaction to Commissioner lappegaard's <br />latter of JulV 18, 1973. <br /> <br />Discussion indicated that the Council desires that the following requests <br />be included In the letter to Commissioner lappegaard: <br /> <br />I. Request speed limit be lowered in 1974 to 50 mph. <br /> <br />2. Approve traffic signa! at Lydia and Snell ing Avenues. <br /> <br />3. OPpOSB traffic signal at Hamllne Avenue and HIghway 51. <br /> <br />4. If signal At Lydia, It do&s not ao~ear neceSSArv to <br />close Sne!llno at Hiahwav 51. <br /> <br />5.
