Herrick seconded the motion, and <br />the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Herrick asked for clarification of the proposed storm drainage pond. <br />Mr. Tammen said that the technical calculations have been made and <br />approved by the Engineer for C. G. G. Rein; site and landscapE work to be completed <br />within one year. ' <br /> <br />Herrick moved, seconded by Hollenhorst, tha? the Council concur with the <br />Planning Commission's recommendation, and approve the second curb cut <br />as requested.
