July 30. 1973. 8:00 p.m. <br />V I II age Ha II <br /> <br />Call to Order <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order ~y Mayor Crepeau at 8:04 p.m. <br />Roll Call <br /> <br />Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Henry J. Crepeau, Jr.. Councilmen John Hollenhorst. <br />Stan Olmen. Charles Crichton, Ron Herrick. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Absent: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Also Present: Attorney James Lynden. Engineer Don Lund. Treasurer <br />Richard O'Kelly, Clerk Administrator Charlotte McNlesh. <br />Deputy Clerk Dorothy Zehm. <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />The minutes of the Regular Council Meeting of July 9. 1973. were <br />approved as amended. <br /> <br />Business from the Floor <br /> <br />Mr. W. L. Milton. 3731 New BriQhton Road - Fill Permit <br /> <br />Mr. Milton requested renewal of his fill permit for Lots 13 and 27. <br />Rohleder's Home and Garden Acres, estimating he has placed 20-30.000 <br />cubic yards of fill. <br /> <br />Mr. Milton was Informed that a Special <br />fill operations over 400 cubic yards. <br />given to Mr. Milton. as well as caples <br /> <br />Use Permit must be obtained <br />A copy of Ordinance No. 150 <br />of application torms. <br /> <br />for <br />was <br /> <br />REPORT OF VILLAGE ATTORNEY JAMES LYNDEN <br /> <br />Village Acceptance of Grey Fox Road and Dunlap Street <br />Resolution No. 73-24 <br /> <br />After review of ResolutIon No. 73-24. and upon attorney lyriden's <br />recommendation, Crichton moved, seconded by Olmen. that the Council <br />approve the adoption of Resolution No. 73-24. as submitted, accepting <br />Grey Fox Road and Dunlap Street as Village streets; motion carried <br />unanimouSly. <br /> <br />Case No. 72-35. Pemtom. Inc. - Registered Land Survey for Additions <br />4 and 5 <br /> <br />Upon Attorney Lynden's recommendation. Herrick moved. seconded by <br />Crichton, that the Council approve Pemtom. loc.'s Registered Land <br />Survey. Additions 4 and 5; authorizing the Mayor and Clerk Admini- <br />strator to execute same. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Case No. 71-21, Twin Parks. Inc. - Time Extension for Phase I <br />Completion <br /> <br />Attorney Lynden referred the Council to his report. dated July 30, 1973, <br />and noted that a "rider" to the performance bond, correcting deficiencies.: <br />has been prepared and now complies with his requested changes. He fur- ' <br />ther noted that the $2.000 development fee has been paid. Mr. Lynden <br />advised that Mr. Adams has not stated. todate, the reasons he desires <br />the extension for completion of Phase I. nor to what date he requests <br />the extension. <br /> <br />Mr. Adams said It has been very wet, but grading has now been completed <br />for 50 lots; they expect to complete 90 lots this year (December 31, <br />(973). but requests permission to delay the swimming pool until next <br /> <br />" <br />
