Village of Arden Hills, does hereby certify that this Special Use Permit is, granted pursuant to the provi- sions of Ordinance No. 99 of Arden Hills in ac- cordance with a public hearing duly held by the Planning Commission on June 19 , 1973, ,and subsequent approval thereof by the Arden Hills Council on July 9 , 1973. Permission is accordingly given the applicant, C. G. REIN COMPANY (hereinafter referred to as "Permittee"), to use and construct upon a tract of land located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Lexington Avenue North and County Ro.ad E a planned unit development consisting of a shopping center and office building with attendant parking, driveway, walkway, ponding ,and green areas, which develop- ment shall be constructed in accordance with the site plan drawings (as revised June 18, 1973), the capsule summary and fact sheet ,and such other letters and documents as have been submitted to the Planning Commission and are on file with the Clerk-Administrator. . The tract of land which is the subject of this Special Use Permit is legally described as follows, to-wit: The. North 872 feet of the East half of the Northe.ast Quarter of section 34, Township 30, Range 23, except the West 625 feet there- of and except the: West 200 feet of North 283 . feet of the North 872 feet of the East half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 34, Township 30, Range 23 ,except the West 625 feet thereof.
