<br />. <br />. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />This Special Use Permit is issued not only subject <br />to Permittee's =mpliance with the documents mentioned <br />above, but also subjedtto all the requirements and <br /> <br />conditions set forth in Ord. No. 99 (the Zoning <br /> <br />Ordinance), permittee's obtaining proper building <br /> <br />permits in accordance with the procedural and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />substantive requirements of Section IV of Ord. No. 99, <br /> <br />and'subjedt to the following special conditions: <br /> <br />1. Automatic expiration of the Permit one <br />(1) year after the date on which it was <br />granted unless the Permittee during <br />that period has commenced substantial <br />construction of the planned unit <br />development permitted hereby. <br /> <br />2. Construction of a storm water drainage <br />pond in the southeast corner of the <br />subjedttract in accordance with the <br />proposal made by Permittee in its <br />letter of June 18 , 1973, and revised <br />site drainage and grading plans of <br />the same date as modified by the Village <br />Engineer's recommendation in his ' <br />letter dated June. 19 , 1973, as to <br />minimum water level elevation (935.0 <br />feet) and any recommendations which <br />he may have hereafter. <br /> <br />3. Erection of a 10ft. high sound deadening <br />fence along the south and west property <br />line of thesubjedttract the type <br />and design of which shall be subject <br />to the further approval of the Village <br />Council as part of Permittee's ap- <br />plication for a building permit. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />4. In addition to the documents required <br />in Section IV A. of Ord. No. 99, sub- <br />mission of the following plans as part <br />of Permittee's application for a <br />building perinit which shall be approved <br />by the Village Council prior to its <br />granting the building permit: <br /> <br />(a) a detailed lighting plan showing <br />the location and types of all ' <br />exterior lights to be used to <br />illuminate the proposed siter <br /> <br />(b) a detailed landscaping plan <br />showing the location, size and <br />type of all proposed planting <br />materials to be used on the site; <br /> <br />,..2- <br />
