. . .. This Special Use Permit is issued not only subject to Permittee's =mpliance with the documents mentioned above, but also subjedtto all the requirements and conditions set forth in Ord. No. 99 (the Zoning Ordinance), permittee's obtaining proper building permits in accordance with the procedural and . substantive requirements of Section IV of Ord. No. 99, and'subjedt to the following special conditions: 1. Automatic expiration of the Permit one (1) year after the date on which it was granted unless the Permittee during that period has commenced substantial construction of the planned unit development permitted hereby. 2. Construction of a storm water drainage pond in the southeast corner of the subjedttract in accordance with the proposal made by Permittee in its letter of June 18 , 1973, and revised site drainage and grading plans of the same date as modified by the Village Engineer's recommendation in his ' letter dated June. 19 , 1973, as to minimum water level elevation (935.0 feet) and any recommendations which he may have hereafter. 3. Erection of a 10ft. high sound deadening fence along the south and west property line of thesubjedttract the type and design of which shall be subject to the further approval of the Village Council as part of Permittee's ap- plication for a building permit. . 4. In addition to the documents required in Section IV A. of Ord. No. 99, sub- mission of the following plans as part of Permittee's application for a building perinit which shall be approved by the Village Council prior to its granting the building permit: (a) a detailed lighting plan showing the location and types of all ' exterior lights to be used to illuminate the proposed siter (b) a detailed landscaping plan showing the location, size and type of all proposed planting materials to be used on the site; ,..2-
