CREPEAU, JR. - General Government, Public Safety <br />Fireworks PermIt <br /> <br />HerrIck moved, seconded by Hollenhorst, that the Council approve the <br />Fireworks Display Permit requested by Dr. Robert Woodburn, for the <br />July 4, 1973, Lake Josephine Improvement Association Fireworks Display. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Ard~n Hi lis_Sportsman Club Request <br /> <br />Mayor Crepeau reported thet the Arden Hills Sportsman Club would like <br />to purchase the Village garage (The earn', 3242 New Brighton Road, <br />for use as a clubhouse. He said the club has stated they would open <br />the clubhouse for the teenagers at specified times by invitation, <br />probably on a weekly or monthly basis. <br /> <br />After a brief discussion, the matter was referred to the Public Safety <br />and Parks and Recreation Committees and to Pat Sexton for their recom- <br />mendations. suggesting that they meet with the Sportsman Club. .Mrs. <br />McNlesh was requested to determine the size of the prop~rty Involved. <br /> <br />Mayor Crepeau advised that the President of the Sportsman Club is <br />Mr. Henry Kramm, 3240 New Brighton Road. <br /> <br />Police Dep~rtment Commendatio~ <br /> <br />Crichton reportad that he witnessed the performance of an Arden Hills <br />police officer at th~ scene of an accident In which an Individual was <br />injured, and was pleased to see how efflclently the officer handled <br />the situation.
